Cancellation policy
Some items at Misty’s Closet may be available for pre-order, allowing you to reserve an item before it is currently available for immediate shipment.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate fulfillment. The anticipated availability or shipping timeframe will be provided on the applicable product page whenever possible.
Depending on the pre-order, payment may be collected in full or in part at the time your order is placed. Any applicable payment terms will be shown at checkout.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
You may request to cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been fulfilled.
To request a cancellation, contact us at info@mistyscloset.com and include your order number.
If your cancellation is approved before fulfillment, any amount already paid for the cancelled item will be refunded to your original payment method.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. Eligible items may instead be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Changes to Pre-Order Availability
Pre-order availability and estimated fulfillment dates are based on the information available to us at the time of purchase. Occasionally, production, inventory, or shipping circumstances may affect an anticipated fulfillment date.
If there is a significant change to the expected availability of your pre-order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information associated with your order.
If Misty’s Closet is unable to fulfill your pre-order, any amount paid for the unavailable item will be refunded to your original payment method.
