Why are items limited?
Misty's Closet follows a boutique business model, in which items are selected in small quantities and specially curated with the lifestyles of its clients in mind. We pride ourselves on having unique items. So if you see something you like, you should get it, because it may not be here later.
Where do you deliver?
We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada. For customers in the Chicagoland area, direct local delivery may be available—just reach out to confirm availability.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on most products within the U.S.
Please note that some items—such as puppy gift baskets—are excluded due to their size, weight, or custom packaging. For these items, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We also ship to Canada, but free shipping does not apply. Shipping costs for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped once a week from Chicago. If you need your order by a specific date and are located in the U.S., please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We can usually update your shipping address if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@mistyscloset.com.
Can I make a return?
Yes! You may return unworn, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Just email info@mistyscloset.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid USPS return label.
Can I make an exchange?
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, we do offer store credit so you can repurchase the perfect fit.
What items are non-returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Beds
- Blankets & throws
- Plush toys
- Carriers
- Feeders
What if I received the wrong item?
We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Where is Misty's Closet?
Misty's Closet is entirely online and does not have a brick-and-mortar storefront. We do, however, conduct pop-ups throughout the year, so keep an eye out for upcoming events and announcements
