Misty's Closet follows a boutique business model, in which items are selected in small quantities and specially curated with the lifestyles of its clients in mind. We pride ourselves on having unique items. So if you see something you like, you should get it, because it may not be here later,

Orders are shipped once a week from Chicago. We do not ship international orders. If you are within the US and need an item by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order. If you are in the Chicagoland area, direct delivery may be available.

"Yes". You may return unworn items purchased within 14 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return email, misha@mistyscloset.com, include your name, order number, and return details. I will respond with a pre-paid return label. All returns are shipped USPS. If your return is received within 14 days, you will be refunded the total purchase amount (excluding shipping). Funds will be credited back to your original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 7 days for processing. Store credits are issued for returns after 14 days. Also, please note that due to hygienic concerns, we cannot accept returns on the following: beds, carriers, blankets, throws, toys, or feeders.

We will issue you a store credit if you want to exchange your unworn item. The store credit can be used to purchase the correct size or a new item. We do not offer a direct exchange because certain items sell quickly and may not be restocked. Items eligible for exchange will be refunded via the original form of payment once the original package is received. Shipping will have to be paid on any new orders.

Misty's Closet is entirely online and does not have a brick-and-mortar storefront (yet!), We do, however, conduct pop-ups throughout the year, so keep an eye out for upcoming events and announcements
